Hannes Snellman’s Joint Ventures & Commercial Cooperation practice combines the knowledge and experience of all our practice areas when advising clients regarding joint ventures and other strategic partnerships, complex long-term supply, distribution and outsourcing agreements, integrated production sites and other forms of commercial cooperation – whether entered into in the ordinary course of business or in connection with an M&A transaction.
The core team works closely with colleagues in Finance, Employment and Dispute Resolution, and depending on the relevant industry, with specialists e.g. from our Intellectual Property & Technology, and Real Estate practice groups with an aim to offer clients comprehensive legal advice.
