Our team assists clients with complicated environmental liability situations, permit application, and appeals processes, as well as critical planning and zoning procedures. The team is able to provide independent legal environmental due diligence reports, and we are used to working in close cooperation with clients’ environmental and technical teams and advisors. We are also experienced in representing our clients before regulatory authorities, municipalities, and courts in permit and environmental compliance matters, including changes to production and processes.
